“…in the late summer of 1977, her life, my life, the lives of my biological father and their families were forever changed. When my biological mother was around six months pregnant, she underwent a saline infusion abortion. Throughout the course of a five day period, I endured the deliverance of the saline solution into the fluid around me. I breathed it in through my nose and mouth while numerous rounds of petocin were delivered to my mother to iduce labor and ultimately dispel my dead body from her womb.“

Hello, i listened to Melissa’s story and i was moved ..i know no matter what we say here concerning this Abortion issue no Government is ready to listen to us,,but we will keep trying..but we will lat them know its a CRIME against Humanity,..

I was watching you on TBN recently and just thrilled by your testimony. Believe me, you survived not because there was not enough saline or the technique was not appropriate or whatever. You had been choosen in Him before you were ever conceived(Eph1:4,Jer1:5). The devils fights our destinies even before our births. God called you to be a voice in an abortion age.
Melisa, we give thanks to God for you. In Cameroon, I have had several video projections of the short movie ‘Silent Cry’, about abortions and the result are astonishing. Had I still been in Cameroon, I would really be so excited to invite you and your husband to give a talk to our youths.
Extend a thank you to your Mom for me, for the task of adopting you and blessing us with someone like you in the christian fold.
Keep the fire in bringing hope and healing indeed to this broken world.Many women out there need to hear you.Politicians can do the legalisation but do not care or maybe are not even aware of the devastating effects on the woman’s heart and inner life.

I am truly in awe with your story, I had never heard of such a thing even being possible. When I look at you and listen to your voice, I hear God! Eventhough my parental struggles are different (way different). I still relate to the uncertainty you felt.
